Shipping Policy

Goods ordered from Floor Care Shop are delivered directly from our warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer.

All machinery is pre-tested prior to shipping by our qualified engineers.


Delivery charges


Deliveries are subject to a charge of £5.95 or delivery is free for orders over £50.00. The delivery charges are shown before orders are submitted.


We may, occasionally, choose to send your items in more than one delivery. In such cases, you may be invoiced multiple times but you will only be charged once for delivery and this charge will appear in the first invoice for the order.


All prices shown exclude VAT.

Cancellation & Returns policy

Consumer Rights


Please note, the following information only applies to orders from our website.


You may cancel an order at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the Products. Products must be returned in unused condition in original packaging. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid (minus shipping costs) for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy (below).


To cancel an order, you must inform us directly by calling 01422 374 374 or in writing at sales@floorcareshop.co.uk. You must also return the Products (unless it is a detergent or chemical) to us as soon as reasonably practicable after informing us of the cancellation, and at your own cost.


You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. You will not have any right to cancel an order for detergents or chemicals if the container seal has been broken or tampered with.


This provision does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer.


Our Refund Policy


To ensure we provide you with the fastest and most convenient service, please contact us in advance of returning goods for refund.


If you return a Product to us:


(a) because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the 7 day cooling-off period, we will refund the price of the Product in full, excluding any applicable delivery charges.

(b) for any other reason, we will examine the returned Product and notify you of any refund due via phone or e-mail within a reasonable period of time. If we opt to refund the price of a defective Product, we will refund the price of the Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.


We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation / we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.


As there is a flat charge for delivery we will not refund delivery charges where you only return part of an order.
